FREE standard shipping on orders over $150
$9.95 flat rate for orders under $150
Express Post: add $5 for faster delivery
Signature on Delivery: add $3
Extra Cover (insurance): add $6.50 (includes Signature on Delivery)

⚠️ Note: Some bulky items, like display busts, wire mesh tubing and bulk wooden beads, are excluded from flat rate shipping. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Protecting Your Parcel

We recommend selecting Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover for valuable or time-sensitive orders, as Australia Post does not compensate for lost parcels unless these services are added.

Signature on Delivery: prevents "safe drop" – someone must sign for the parcel
Extra Cover: provides insurance for the full value of your order (requires Signature)

If you’re local to Cheltenham or Toomuc Valley (near Pakenham), you can skip postage costs and collect your beading supplies for free via our contactless locker system.

Simply place and pay for your order online, then choose "Click & Collect" during checkout. We’ll email you full pickup instructions once your order is ready.

International Shipping

Due to the rising cost of international postage, we currently only ship within Australia. This includes all beading and jewellery-making products. We do not post to New Zealand, the USA, Canada, UK, or other countries.
