For an estimate on postage as you're shopping, once you have products in your cart, simply click on 'CART' (top right-hand corner), then 'View Cart' and scroll down the screen until you reach the Shipping section and Add Info. Enter your details and click 'Estimate Shipping' to receive an estimate on the postage options available to you.
Due to the rising cost of international postage, we only post to Australia - we do not post to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK etc.
Local: Free Click & Collect
Local customers can choose to pick up their order from our Toomuc Valley (Pakenham) store and save postage costs. Payment must be received before orders are packed - cash on pickup is not available. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will email you to let you know - please note that although this normally takes only a few hours, during busy periods it can take up to 48 hours. Photo ID of the person who paid for the order must be shown at time of pickup unless prior arrangements have been made. If the order has not been picked up within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. Our shop is open 10am-5pm, Monday to Saturday (closed Sundays). Please see our About Us page for more information on how to get here.
Occasionally pickup from our Cheltenham store is available, however as orders are packed at Toomuc Valley, it may take up to a week for stock to be moved across.
All orders are sent through Australia Post. Note that although our store is open 6 days a week, Australia Post only processes orders Monday to Friday. We endeavour to post all orders paid for before 2pm same day - this means that if you choose express post, you could have your order as quick as tomorrow. Once your order has been marked as sent, you will be emailed a tracking number - note it may take a few hours for this number to update in the Australia Post system.
Whilst orders sent parcel/express post have basic tracking, please note that Australia Post does not offer compensation for packages that go missing, and as such we always recommend signature AND extra cover as as the safest option. If you are having an issue with an order that hasn't arrived, please contact us and we will liaise with Australia Post on your behalf as best we can. There are a few options that we offer:
"PARCEL POST" - basic Australia Post service, usually taking 3-5 business days (although can take longer for rural destinations).
"EXPRESS POST" - premium Australia Post service, usually taking 1-2 business days (although note that not all orders arrive "next day", it depends on your location).
"SOD" (signature on delivery) - orders sent this way require a signature, so can't be "safe dropped" (additional $3).
"Extra Cover" - orders with extra cover are fully insured and compensation up to the value of your order is available if it goes missing (requires SOD, so additional $3 + $3.50).
"Available on Request" - if you would like SOD or SOD+Extra Cover on your express post package, please let us know in the comments box at checkout, and elect to pay via bank deposit or phone in your CC details. We will manually adjust your invoice and contact you for payment.

We always double check the postage before we send a parcel - if the cart has overestimated your postage and we can fit your order in a smaller bag, we will, and pass the savings onto you as a store credit to be used on a future order.
