Christmas Glass Charm Bracelet: Project Instructions

Santa Claus, Snowman and a Christmas Tree - with these beautiful glass charms, a Christmas bracelet is easy to make! This project works with chain, jump rings, crystals and head pins - great for practicing turning loops.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

• 1 round link bracelet chain
• 1 glass christmas tree charm
• 1 glass santa charm
• 1 glass snowman charm
• 30 x 6mm strong jump rings
• 26 head pins
• 13 x 7mm dark siam red helix glass crystals
• 13 x 8mm emerald green round glass crystals

TOOLS REQUIRED

• Twirly Wirlie Pliers
• 2 x Crimping Pliers

INSTRUCTIONS

Green Drops

Take a head pin and thread up with:

• an emerald green 8mm round glass crystal

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Repeat 12 more times, so that you have 13 green drops.

Red Drops

Take a headpin and thread up with:

• a dark siam red 7mm helix glass crystal

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Repeat 12 more times, so that you have 13 red drops.

Put it together

Pick up your bracelet chain. Starting at the end with a parrot clasp, thread one of your red drops onto a jump ring and attach to the first link of chain. As the jump rings are strong, you will need two sets of pliers to open them. Repeat, alternating between the red & green drops, leaving one link in between.

Once you have attached 4 crystal drops, thread the christmas tree charm onto a jump ring and attach your bracelet, remembering to leave one link in between. Continue alternating between the red & green drops, leaving one link in between until you have another 9 crystal drops after the christmas tree charm.

Attach your santa charm now, remembering to leave one link in between. Continue alternating between the red & green drops, leaving one link in between until you have another 9 crystal drops after the santa charm.

Attach your glass snowman charm now, remembering to leave one link in between. Continue alternating between the red & green drops, leaving one link in between until you have another 4 crystal drops after the glass snowman charm. Your bracelet is now ready to wear!
