Green Pearl & Crystal Earrings: Project Instructions

Swarovski crystals really set these cluster earrings off - in this project, you will work with 12mm glass pearls and smaller colourful Swarovski bicone crystal beads.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

• 12 head pins
• 2 x 12mm sage green glass pearls
• 2 x 6mm jonquil swarovski bicones
• 2 x 6mm aquamarine swarovski bicones
• 2 x 4mm tanzanite swarovski bicones
• 2 x 4mm peridot swarovski bicones
• 2 x 6mm strong jump rings
• 2 standard ear wires

TOOLS REQUIRED

• Twirly Wirlie Pliers
• Wire Cutters
• 2 x Crimping Pliers

INSTRUCTIONS

Take a headpin and thread onto it:

• a 12mm green glass pearl

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Put aside.

Take a headpin and thread onto it:

• a 6mm jonquil swarovski bicone

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Put aside.

Take a headpin and thread onto it:

• a 6mm aquamarine swarovski bicone

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Put aside.

Take a headpin and thread onto it:

• a 4mm tanzanite swarovski bicone

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Put aside.

Take a headpin and thread onto it:

• a 4mm peridot swarovski bicone

Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Put aside.

Open up your 6mm strong jump ring (as they are quite strong, you will need to use 2 pairs of crimping pliers) and thread on:

• a 6mm aquamarine swarovski bicone
• a 4mm peridot swarovski bicone
• a 12mm green glass pearl
• a 6mm jonquil swarovski bicone
• a 4mm tanzanite swarovski bicone
• a standard earwire

Close the jump ring and repeat the entire process to make the second earring.
