INSTRUCTIONS
The components
Pick up a head pin and thread on:
- a 3mm plain metal bead
- a glass butterfly bead (base down)
- a 3mm plain metal bead
Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Repeat so that you have five glass butterfly drops.
Pick up a head pin and thread on:
- filigree butterfly metal bead
Leaving a space of 10mm, cut the excess off the head pin. Twirl the end using your twirly wirlies. Repeat so that you have five metal butterfly drops.
Open up a jump ring (as they are quite strong, you will need two pairs of pliers or a jump ring tool and a pair of pliers) and thread on a glass butterfly drop and a metal butterfly drop. Whilst it is still open, thread through the loop on one of the flower barrel leather drops, close securely. Repeat so that you have five flower barrel butterfly drops.
The pattern
(you'll need this for most of the bracelet)
- a 6mm round cats eye bead
- a 3mm plain metal bead
- an 8mm cube cats eye bead
- a 3mm plain metal bead
- a 6mm round cats eye bead
- a flower barrel butterfly drop
Putting it together
Take the piece of tigertail and thread through a small crimp. Thread through a jump ring, then back through the crimp. Pull up tightly, squish down your crimp and cut off any excess tigertail. Place a crimp cover around the squashed crimp and gently squish into a round ball with your pliers to hide the crimp.
Thread onto your strand:
- the pattern (as above) 5 times
Complete your bracelet by threading on:
- a 6mm round cats eye bead
- a 3mm plain metal bead
- an 8mm cube cats eye bead
- a 3mm plain metal bead
- a 6mm round cats eye bead
Thread the end of your tigertail through a small crimp. Thread through a jump ring, then back through the crimp. Pull up tightly (but leave enough space to put another crimp cover over the crimp) and squish down the small crimp. Cut off any excess tigertail. Place a crimp cover around the squashed crimp and gently squish into a round ball with your pliers to hide the crimp.
Open up the jump ring on one end of the bracelet and thread on one part of the magnetic clasp, close securely. Open up the jump ring on the other end of the bracelet and thread through the other part of the magnetic clasp. Your bracelet is now ready to wear!
