Teal Crystal Cluster Earrings: Project Instructions

MATERIALS REQUIRED

• 12 head pins
• 2 x 15mm teal large hole glass beads
• 4 x thin filigree bead caps
• 2 x 6mm blue zircon Preciosa bicones
• 2 x 6mm aquamarine Preciosa bicones
• 2 x 6mm capri blue Preciosa bicones
• 2 x 6mm indicolite Preciosa bicones
• 2 x 6mm strong jump rings
• 2 standard ear wires

TOOLS REQUIRED

• Twirly Wirlie Pliers
• Wire Cutters
• 2 x Crimping Pliers

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Create Bead Drops:
   • Take a headpin and thread on a filigree bead cap, a 15mm teal glass bead, and another bead cap. Leave 10mm of space and cut off excess wire. Twirl the end with pliers and set aside.
   • Repeat with each Preciosa bicone (blue zircon, aquamarine, capri blue, and indicolite) following the same steps (without the bead caps)
2. Assemble the Cluster:
   • Open a 6mm jump ring using crimping pliers and thread on:
     • a 6mm blue zircon Preciosa bicone drop
     • a 6mm aquamarine Preciosa bicone drop
     • a 15mm teal glass bead drop
     • a 6mm capri blue Preciosa bicone drop
     • a 6mm indicolite Preciosa bicone drop
     • a standard earwire
   • Close the jump ring securely.
3. Repeat for the Second Earring: Follow the same process to create the second earring.
