Swarovski Tiered Tree Earrings: Project Instructions

Handmade from sparkly Swarovski crystal and metal findings, these Christmas tree earrings are a sparkly complement to any Christmas outfit or a lovely gift for friends or relatives. Follow our free beading instructions to make your own Christmas earrings.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

  • 10 x gold head pins
  • 10 x 4mm light siam Swarovski crystal bicone beads
  • 8 x 6mm gold strong jump rings
  • 2 x gold thin 4 strand spacer bar
  • 2 x gold thin 3 strand spacer bar
  • 4 x 50mm gold eye pins
  • 20 x 4mm fern green Swarovski crystal bicone beads
  • 2 x gold earwires
  • 2 x gold small star metal charms

TOOLS REQUIRED

  • Wire Cutters
  • Twirly Wirlie Pliers
  • Crimping Pliers

INSTRUCTIONS

Pick up a headpin and thread on one 4mm light siam Swarovski bicone. Leaving an 8mm gap above, cut off any excess then turn a loop above the bicone. Repeat until you have 5 red drops.

Open a strong jump ring and join a red drop to one of the centre holes of the thin 4 strand spacer bar. Do the same to the other centre hole. Repeat on the centre hole of the 3 strand spacer bar.

Pick up an eyepin and thread through the end hole of a thin 4 strand spacer bar, then thread on three fern green 4 mm Swarovski bicones.

Thread through the end hole of the thin 3 strand spacer bar, then thread on two fern green 4mm Swarovski bicones. Finally, leaving an 8mm gap, cut off and turn a loop.

Repeat on the other side.

Open a strong jumpring and join the two top eyes of the tree then close securely, Open the loop at the bottom of the earwire and place on the star charm and then the jumpring (making sure that the star sits at the front). Close securely.

Open the eyes at the bottom of the ends of the “tree” and attach red drops to either end.

Repeat for the other earring. Your Sparkly Swarovski Tree Earrings are ready to wear!
