Swarovski Pearl & Crystal Necklace: Project Instructions

Create this elegant necklace made using Swarovski Pearls, Crystals and copper findings! Utilises Swarovski crystals, metal beads, tigertail, crimps and more.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

3 x 8mm Light Colorado Swarovski Bicones
4 x 4mm Crystal Golden Shadow Swarovski Bicones
4 x 6mm Crystal Golden Shadow Swarovski Bicones
42 x 8mm Bronze Swarovski Pearls
2 x small tube crimps
16 x 3mm plain metal beads
2 x crimp covers
2 x wire protectors
50cm of tigertail
1 x magnetic clasp
2 x 6mm strong jump rings

TOOLS REQUIRED

2 x Crimping Pliers
Wire Cutters

INSTRUCTIONS

Take the piece of tigertail and thread through a small crimp, then through a wire protector and back through the crimp, pull up tightly and squish down. Cut off any excess tigertail. Place a crimp cover around the squashed crimp and gently squish into a round ball with your pliers to hide the crimp.

Next, thread on:

19 x 8mm Bronze Swarovski Pearls followed by:
a 3mm plain metal bead
a 8mm Light Colorado Swarovski bicone crystal bead
a 3mm plain metal bead
a 4mm Crystal Golden Shaddow Swarovski bicone crystal bead
a 3mm plain metal bead
a 8mm Bronze Swarovski Pearl
a 3mm plain metal bead
a 4mm Crystal Golden Shaddow Swarovski bicone crystal bead
a 3mm plain metal bead
a 6mm Crystal Golden Shaddow Swarovski bicone crystal bead
a 3mm plain metal bead
a 8mm Bronze Swarovski Pearl

Finish by threading on a small crimp then go through a wire protector and back through the small crimp. Pull up tightly and squish down. Cut off any excess tigertail. Place a crimp cover around the squashed crimp and gently squish into a round ball with your pliers to hide the crimp.

Open a jump ring (as they are quite strong, you'll need two sets of pliers) and thread it though the wire protector and on one end of the magnetic clasp. Close securely. Open the jump ring on the other side of the necklace and thread it through the wire protector and through the other side of the magnetic clasp, close securely.

Your necklace is now ready to wear!

*Please note this pattern makes a 48cm necklace, simply add more or less beads to make your necklace longer or shorter*
